Moved to defensive end from linebacker and became a starter in eight of the last nine games. Season total through 12 games of 30 total tackles, including seven for-loss (three sacks).

2008

On the field in all 12 games as a special-teamer and backup linebacker. Credited with eight tackles and .5 sacks for the season.

Junior College/High School

Had 32 tackles, five sacks, three quarterback knockdowns, 10 tipped passes and recovered one fumble as a freshman at Butler County. Missed the 2007 season with a knee injury. A three-star prospect and the No. 84 junior college player in the nation by Rivals, three-stars from Scout, a 2007 preseason All-America selection.

Helped lead the Warner Robbins Demons to an undefeated record and a 4A state title in 2004 as a junior when he had 54 tackles and seven sacks. Lettered in basketball and track.
